Drawn to the polarities of beauty and decay, the controlled and the natural, the excessive and the elegant, Robin Reynolds and Emily Sandagata embrace their own rich, visual language to showcase luscious, evocative contemporary paintings, collages and sculptures. Growing, deconstructing and blooming their work pushes past boundaries and defies easy definition. Despite their differences in media, approach and intent, both embark on a journey utilizing a physicality and spontaneity to create chaotic yet controlled artworks weaving together layers of color and organic and handmade materials.

INTERLACED is on view February 9 - March 5, 2023 at the Kirkorian Gallery It presents overlapping, contrasting and celebratory views of nature, beauty, decay and survival.
