EVENT RENTALS

The Craft Center has rentals available for the following spaces:

Multimedia Studio and Carol & James Donnelly Library

Hours of Availability

Space availability is limited to when Craft Center programming is not taking place in the given rental space.

Open Rental Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Thursday: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

​

Any rentals arranged outside of the open rental hours are subject to a $30 per hour additional charge.

Rental Rates

​

  • MULTIMEDIA STUDIO

    • For Private Events (up to 160 people)​

    • $100.00 per hour

​

  • CAROL & JAMES DONNELLY LIBRARY

    • For meetings and small gatherings (up to 20 people)​

    • $50.00 per hour

ADD-ON RATES

  • Table and Chair Rentals:

    • 8 ft rectangular table with 8-10 chairs: $25.00 per set​

    • 72 in round table with 8-10 chairs: $25.00 per set

    • Table and Chairs pre-set: $5.00 per set

    • Tablecloth rental: $25.00 per tablecloth

  • Projector:​ $50.00 per hour​​

  • Screen: $15.00 per hour

  • Cleaning Fee: $75.00 per space
